If you've been on Olive Garden's social media or website at all, then you know two days ago the brand launched a mysterious countdown clock that left people wondering, what's it for? The brand has revealed that their countdown clock was for a scavenger hunt to find 10 extra annual pasta passes hidden around social media. Olive Garden told The Daily Meal that they will be sharing riddles and puzzles on their various social media channels through the afternoon. The brain teasers include everything from poems to crossword puzzles and even secret message decoders that each correspond with the name of a Twitter profile, an Instagram handle, or a Facebook group.

"If you're the first person to solve the puzzle, and send a direct message to that profile or group with the secret phrase 'Pasta Pass Please,' you're the winner! But once a pass has been claimed, that's it!" the brand said. Olive Garden will be live updating their social media accounts with the winners as the puzzles are solved. If you are one of the lucky ten who finds the passes first, you get to keep the year-long deal pass-which is worth $300-for absolutely free. That will make all the Olive Garden pasta, sauces, toppings, salad, and breadsticks you can eat taste even better, we're sure.
