I have to greatly disagree with the review the SFCU is nothing special! We are a military family and have banked all over the country. Not one of our banks has ever come close to the service and satisfaction we have come to depend on from SFCU. As times and technology change, it became easier for us to do our banking online and we decided to stick with SFCU no matter our duty location. Other banks charge fees for everything and do not provide the customer service we have found with SFCU. I do agree with the other reviewer on the exceptional job done by Patrice! What an asset. Very professional, easy to talk to, very prompt and there to answer any questions. She has always walked us through whatever banking process or need we have had. My favorite thing about this bank is that it is part of the Shared Branch Network. I can do my banking in person at their sister branches all over the country. Again a huge plus for a military family. Thank you SFCU!

I have been with Spokane Federal for almost 21 years. I love the online banking and the online loan applications. They have never failed me on service! I have had some minor problems with them; however, overall, they are a good bank. They have many important features that other banks do not offer (see website: www.spokanefederal.com), and they run specials and prize drawings monthly, which are really nice. I do have to say that I miss Patrice immensely (one of the member service extrodinaires!). She was a key reason I loved Spokane Federal.

This credit union has awesome customer service and their staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. If you want to feel like a good friend when you walk in the door and your business is truly appreciated, then this is where you want to bank. Compare their fees and you'll find their rates are lower---and they offer a variety of services free of charge. I love their online banking, online loan application and online billpay. I'm a busy, working mom and I love the convenience that this can all be done from my home!
